If you want to expand or decrease the number of users of your Zapiens plan or change the billing period from monthly to yearly or vice versa, please contact us: 

  1. From the Administration Area, following the steps below: 

    1. At the top right click on the "Drop-down arrow" button 

    2. Click on the "Upgrade plan" option and then click on the "Contact us" link at the bottom of your company account details

    3. In the email you will need to tell us: 

      • Your company name

      • The number of users you want to expand or decrease in your plan 

      • The billing period if you want to change it 








  2. From the Help Center, write to us by clicking on the "New help ticket" link at the top right of this article: 

    1. In the email you will need to indicate:

      • The name of your company

      • The number of users you want to increase or decrease in your plan   

      • The billing period if you want to modify it
