In our Help Center, through your ticket area you can directly manage all the tickets, check their evolution and/or delete them. You can also contact the Customer Care team at Zapiens.


To create an account in our Help Center, please consider the following scenarios:


If you have opened a ticket before and want to activate your account

If you want to open your first ticket in the Help Center and then sign up

If you only want to sign up and not send a ticket


If you have opened a ticket before and want to activate your account


If you have ever contacted the Customer Care team, your account is already created in our Help Center, you just need to activate it by setting a password. 


You can set your password in two ways:

  1. In our Help Center, click on "Login" at the top right menu

  2. In the email you received after sending your request, by clicking on the link to the ticket

In both cases, follow the steps below:

  1. On the new page, click on "Forgot your password?"

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Click on "Reset my password"

  4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset it


Note: Remember that your credentials in the Help Center are not the same as your credentials in Zapiens.







Note: You can also log in with your Google Account. Click on the "GOOGLE" button and enter your credentials.

If you want to open your first ticket in the Help Center and then sign up


When you send a ticket for the very first time, your account is automatically created in our Help Center, just set a password to activate it. To do this: 

  1. Create a ticket by following the steps in our article What is a ticket and how to create one

  2. You will receive two emails:

    1. Confirmation of request received, with a link to manage the ticket from our Help Center

    2. An account activation email, with a link to set your password

If you only want to sign up and not send a ticket


In our Help Center, click on "Sign Up" at the top right menu



  1. Enter your name 

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Accept the "I'm not a robot" captcha

  4. Click on "Register"

  5. You will receive an account activation email, click on the link to set your password
