At Zapiens, we classify questions into different types to ease their management. You can access this classification in the "Questions" section on the left side menu.

Remember that if a list has no questions, it will not be shown in the Administration Area. For example, if nobody has reported a question or you have managed all the reported questions, the list of "Reported" questions disappears.

These are the types of questions:

    Reported

    Without answer

    With only one answer

    Completed

Reported

These are those questions on which users claim to disagree. From the App, they use the "I disagree" button. The question and the message of the user or users will be shown in the "Reported" section. Users in the App can report questions during trainings, while memorizing, when they ask Zap or when they receive an answer from a Mastermind.

These reports help to ensure that questions and answers are reviewed, improved, clarified and/or supplemented with Training Pills. In addition, users, upon receiving the review message, will feel heard and will be more committed to use the App.

With only one answer

These are those questions that have been answered by one of your organization’s Masterminds. These questions, after being answered, will become part of Zap's knowledge.

If you need it you can expand its associated information and add them to a training. That is, you can add more answer alternatives, training pills, multimedia, etc.

When adding other answer alternatives, the question "With only one answer" will automatically go to the "Completed" section.
