If you are trying to recover your password in the Administration Area and have not received an email with the subject: [Zapiens] - Remember password. Please check your Spam folder. 

 

If you cannot find it after checking, please open a ticket as it may be due to:

  1. You have unsubscribed from our Zapiens email

  2. Your organization's servers block our domain
