If you are trying to recover your password in the Administration Area and have not received an email with the subject: [Zapiens] - Remember password. Please check your Spam folder.
If you cannot find it after checking, please open a ticket as it may be due to:
You have unsubscribed from our Zapiens email
Your organization's servers block our domain
Our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible.
Note: Remember that your credentials are the same for access to the Administration Area, the App and the web version. You can reset your password in any of these tools.
