Create a notification

Notifications are a feature that allows you to communicate with people in your organization who are participating in a training.
Users can receive these notifications:
By email
Through the "News " area in the App with Push or without Push
Pushes are notifications that users receive on their device.
How to create a personalized notification?
Go to the "Training" area on the left side menu to access the training list and find the training to which you want to add the notifications
Click on the "Three-dots vertical" button on the right and select “Edit"
In the training sections, click on “Settings"
Click on the "Add your notification" button to access the sections:
Delivery date:
Specific day and time. You must specify the specific day and time of sending. In addition, you can send notifications before the start date of a training session, in "Published" status and with the users added
Day before
First day
Everyday
Last day
Day after
To whom:
All
No device: This is aimed at all those users who do not have a registered mobile device, i.e. who have never logged in or are logged out
With device: It is aimed at all those users who have a registered mobile device, i.e. are openly logged in and may or may not have activity in the training
No activity: This is aimed at all those users who have not yet had any activity in training, i.e. who have not yet answered any questions
With activity: It is aimed at all those users who have had activity in training, i.e. they have answered questions
They have left the training: It is aimed at all those users who have stopped participating in the training. By selecting this option you can enter the number of days without activity

Mail
News on the App. With Push or Without Push
Text: Write the text of your notification
Click on the "Save" button
Click on the "Save draft" button to save the training with the "Draft" status or click on the "Publish" button to save the training with the "Published" status
Click on any area of the left side menu to exit the training
Tips for creating custom notifications
Html: You can include a simple html code for each user to receive their personalized information
User. Click to open the drop-down and select one or more options to add html to the text:

Training. Click to open the drop-down and select one or more options to add html to the text:
Title: Very useful for not having to write the title of the training in the text
Ranking - Position: The user's position in the knowledge ranking is displayed
Ranking - Team name: In the case of having a ranking grouped by team, the name of the team to which the user belongs will appear
Ranking -Leader: The name and surname of the user who is in the first position in the knowledge ranking is displayed
Images: To add images in a notification you need an image server that provides a url. On the internet you can find a wide variety of alternatives. We recommend imgur.com
Click on the "Picture" button
On the pop-up window:
Copy the url from the image
Click on the "Insert Image" button
Click on the inserted image to edit its size and position or to remove it
Links: To add an external link to a web page or a document in your organization's cloud
Select the text to which you want to add the link
Click on the "Link" button in the menu
In the pop-up window, paste the link in the "To what URL should this link go?" part
Click on the "Insert Link" button to save the changes
Note: The character limit of the different notifications are:
Mail: a maximum of 10,000 characters. We recommend sending mail that does not exceed 500 characters
News in the App: a maximum of 1,000 characters We recommend sending news items that do not exceed 250 characters. Please note that if it is with push they will receive the first sentence(s) of the notification and the maximum number of characters will depend on the mobile devices
