Messages are a feature that allows you to communicate with people in your organization who participate in Zapiens. Users receive these messages in the “News" area of the App.

If after programming a message you want to edit or delete it, follow these steps:

1. At the top right part of the "Home" area click on the "Messages" button and you will access the message list

2. In the "Programmed" section you can access all the programmed messages

3. Click on the "Three-dots vertical" button in the message you want to edit or delete:

   1. To edit, click on "Edit" to modify whatever you want from the different sections:

      • Content

      • Recipìents

      • Schedule delivery

   2. Click on the "Save" button at the bottom right of each section you modify

   3. To delete, click on "Delete". Then, click on "Delete" in the pop-up window

Note: Remember that sent messages cannot be edited or deleted. This section is a history of sent messages.
