The "New Password" button does not work in the email

If you are trying to recover your password from the Administration Area and the button doesn't work, copy and paste the link, which you will find below the "New Password" button, into your browser. If the link does not work, please contact us by clicking on the "New support ticket" link, which you will find at the top right side of this article.
Our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible.
Note: Remember that your credentials are the same for access to the Administration Area, the App and the web version. You can reset your password in any of these tools.
