If in the Administration Area, the "Forgot your password?" link does not work, please check that you have correctly followed the steps described in our article Create a new password.


If after following these steps the error persists, it may be that you are not yet registered in Zapiens. To check it, please write us by clicking on the link "New support ticket", which you will find at the top right of this article.


If the problem is technical, we will need the following information from you:

  1. Type of error: error message, button block, etc

  2. Browser you are using on your PC or mobile device (tablet or phone)

  3. If you are trying to access from a mobile device send us also the model and Operating System
