At Zapiens we are always willing to listen to all our users. That's why we implemented the "Help" section in the App, so you can open directly a ticket if you have any problem, doubt or improvement about the App. 


To access, click on the "Three-dots vertical" button and then click on "Help":

  1. Write whatever you want to share with us and click on "Send"

  2. Click anywhere on the screen to exit the "Thank you for helping me!" message

  3. Click on the "X" to exit the "Help" section

  4. Click on the "Arrow" button at the top left to exit the "Settings" area
